About Us

Guatemala is a favorite of RBC.  As a coffee, the country produces some of the smoothest coffee available.  Currently ours boasts moderate acidity with notes of dark chocolate and cane sugar, and a little citrus sour mixed in.  

This coffee is smooth with a bite.  It has notes of dark chocolate with a little nutty kick, and it finishes quick on the pallet.  It's a full-flavored, quick punch of coffee to get you going.  

Sometimes you need a cup of coffee without the rage of caffeine.  Good decaf is hard to find, and even harder to roast.  We think ours is pretty darn good.  Great in the evenings when it's cold outside. 

By special request only.  Ethiopia is a very flavorful coffee region, yielding some of the boldest beans available.  Ethiopia coffee sits on the pallet for a very long time, making it almost chewable.  This bean has varied notes of citrus, dark chocolate,  vanilla bean, and black tea, giving it it's diverse pallet.
